Shipping policy
At WORTH & GRAY, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During special launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will have access to tracking information in your account.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We have flat rate shipping of just $6 for all orders excluding candles which are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.
Please note: transit times are provided by the carrier and are outside of our control once your package has shipped.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Fort Worth area. You will receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. WORTH & GRAY is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, WORTH & GRAY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at shawna@worthandgray.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
