SHIPPING
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — FREE on orders $120+.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, calculated at checkout.
Local Pickup
- Select “Local Pickup” at checkout to pick up from our Fort Worth boutique. You will receive an email when your order is available for pickup.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for store credit only on full-priced clothing and shoes (excluding seasonal items).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this window.
How to Start a Return
- Begin your return using our Return Portal HERE.
- If return coverage was purchased at checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Local customers may drop off returns free of charge at zip code 76107.
Final Sale Items
- ALL jewelry, handbags, beauty, home goods, intimates, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Sale clothing and shoes may be exchanged for a different size of the same item (if available).
Damaged or Defective Items
- We thoroughly check all products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Restocking Fee
- Customers who exceed a 20% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee applied to future returns.
